Looking for help?

Thank you for your interest in a career with us. Unfortunately, due to GDPR regulations, we cannot accept speculative CVs. The best way to stay in touch is to create your own account and register for job alerts – this way you will be automatically notified of any new opportunities that meet your criteria as soon as they are advertised.

Simply email us with an explanation of the issue you’re experiencing, including any screenshots where possible. A member of our Talent Acquisition Team will get in touch as quickly as possible.

Our Talent Acquisition Team reviews your application and aims to come back to all applicants within two weeks. It is best to allow four weeks as we can sometimes experience peaks in applications, and we want to make sure your application is thoroughly reviewed. You will always be notified of the outcome of any application you submit.

We tailor the interview and assessment process to each role. We use a combination of telephone and face-to-face interviews (although many of these will take place virtually using Microsoft Teams). There is no standard approach, and your interview process may also include presentations, role play exercises, aptitude assessments and personality profiling. We will let you know what to expect as your application progresses.

Many of our teams are based in our central office in Swindon, conveniently located just off junction 16 of the M4. We also have teams based in London and Brighton and many colleagues are field based. Our approach to flexible working means we can accommodate home working across most teams and our technology is set up to support productivity and collaboration wherever we are.

Yes. We take our regulated responsibilities very seriously and will conduct several background checks as part of our vetting and onboarding process. We work in line with FCA guidelines and are committed to ensuring all colleagues are vetted to the required standards. If you feel there is anything that may affect your suitability to join us, please raise this with the Talent Acquisition Team as soon as possible.

Alongside a competitive base salary we offer all colleagues:

  • An annual discretionary bonus
  • An enhanced contributory pension scheme
  • Critical illness and income protection cover
  • Life assurance 4x salary.

We also offer a range of additional flexible benefits and rewards that can be tailored to suit you.

In 2020 we launched the Graduate Wealth Pathway, our first graduate scheme. We will be offering similar schemes in the future for graduates and for apprentices. We will be advertising these schemes and other vacancies that could also be suitable on our website, so please do explore all current vacancies.

Unfortunately at this point we are unable to offer visa sponsorship so you will need to have current eligibility to live and work in the UK before applying.

Our Talent Acquisition Team aims to fill all our vacancies directly. On the rare occasions when we require specialist support, we work with one of our existing agency partners. Our agency partners are a true extension of our team and understand our culture, ways of working and our requirements, so your application experience should feel no different whether you are applying directly or via one of our selected agencies.

At present we are not looking to add new agencies to our list of preferred partners. If you are an agency wishing to express your interest in becoming one of our agency partners in the future, please email us.
